The Department of General and Family Medicine at the Medical Faculty OWL is seeking a Research Associate (50%, fixed-term, pay grade E13 TV-L) to join the MeMo Project starting 1 December 2025 (or later).
🧩 About the Project:
The MeMo project develops evidence-based recommendations for GP-practice-based long-term medication monitoring for chronic diseases, in cooperation with the Philipps University Marburg, over 20 medical societies, and an international advisory board.
🔬 Main Tasks:
• Coordinate and conduct systematic evidence reviews and syntheses
• Prepare results for consensus and guideline development
• Support project management and coordination with experts and authors
• Develop implementation materials and communicate results in professional and public forums
👤 Profile Requirements:
• Completed degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or related field
• Knowledge (or strong interest) in evidence-based medicine or guideline development
• Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills
• Research experience in systematic reviews, guideline development, or chronic disease monitoring is an advantage
• Commitment, flexibility, and diversity competence
