ProjectTogether is building a new cross-sector alliance for mental health, bringing together political actors, civil society, affected communities, researchers, and practitioners to drive systemic change in Germany.

As Mission Lead (Co-Lead) for the Mental Health Alliance, you’ll co-shape the initiative’s strategy, partnerships, and funding, focusing on political advocacy, systemic impact, and collaborative implementation.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:
• Co-develop the vision and strategy of the alliance
• Build and manage political partnerships and advocacy efforts
• Lead fundraising and strategic funding partnerships
• Guide the team in developing collaborative, scalable projects
• Design and moderate participatory and political dialogue formats

👤 Profile:
• 7+ years working with political stakeholders (ministries, foundations, policy consultancies, etc.)
• Strong political network (ideally in health) and understanding of policy processes
• Experience with mental health topics and systemic change
• Proven leadership and alliance-building skills
• Fluent in German, confident in English
• Based in or regularly available in Berlin
