Doctors for Choice Germany e.V. is a non-profit organisation advocating for sexual and reproductive rights and health, with a focus on improving abortion care in Germany. The association is seeking an Office Manager who combines strong organizational skills with a feminist perspective to support its dedicated board team.
Main tasks:
• Support the board’s administrative and communication work with members, working groups, and partners
• Manage public relations and communications (emails, newsletter, website, social media, press) 📣
• Organise events, projects, and member assemblies
• Assist with finance management and fundraising strategy development 💰
• Supervise two part-time student assistants and contribute to the strategic growth of the organisation
Profile:
• Strong commitment to sexual and reproductive rights and feminist values ✊
• Excellent German and fluent English
• Experience in communications, coordination, or fundraising
• Confident working independently and remotely
• IT skills and social media know-how (WordPress, bookkeeping, and project management are a plus)
