Health Advisor (m/f/d) | Difäm – German Institute for Medical Mission | Application deadline: 30 November 2025
Start date: ASAP | Contract: 2 years, prospect of permanent | Workload: 80–100% | Travel: to partner countries
Tasks: Coordinate and manage multi-country health projects; lead project acquisition & grant writing; strengthen institution-wide strategy monitoring; advise and support partner organisations on health topics (incl. digital health and mental health).
Profile: Master’s in Public/International Health (plus clinical/health qualification desirable); project management experience in health-focused development cooperation (LMICs); excellent German and good English (French a plus); strong facilitation/communication; proactive, team-oriented; openness to close cooperation with church partners.
Nice to have: Primary Health Care, Mental Health, e-Health/e-Learning, statistics, M&E.
