🧭 About the role (part-time, up to 30 hrs/week):
• Provide information & counseling to family caregivers and people in need of care.
• Coordinate and develop the volunteer visiting & accompaniment service.
• Organize & moderate peer exchange meetings and training events.
• Build partnerships & networks; represent the project in committees.
• Support public outreach in the district.
🎓 Profile requirements:
• Degree in social work, nursing/health, gerontology or similar.
• Knowledge of ambulatory care basics.
• Experience working with and coordinating volunteers.
• Strong event planning/organization skills.
• Communicative, proactive team player; able to work independently and reliably.
🗓️ Key details:
• Fixed term (parental leave cover): expected 1 Jan 2026 – 30 Apr 2027.
• Hybrid, Berlin-Charlottenburg; welcoming, flat-hierarchy team.
