The role focuses on ensuring sufficient qualified health and care professionals in Germany and supporting strategic initiatives in nursing policy and workforce development.

🧭 Key tasks:
• Support policy development and coordination on skilled workforce issues in the health and care sector.
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen nursing competence and workforce sustainability.
• Prepare briefings, policy notes, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with federal and state institutions, professional associations, and social partners.
🎓 Profile requirements:
• Strong knowledge or experience in health policy, labour market, or nursing sector.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Motivation to contribute to shaping national health workforce policy.
• Proficiency in German is essential (C1/C2).
