The Institute of Nursing Science at University Hospital Würzburg is seeking a Lecturer (50–100%, fixed-term for 3 years with possibility of extension, starting as soon as possible). The institute leads research in evidence-based nursing and health services, and is responsible for the Bachelor’s program in Nursing Science.

Tasks
• Design and deliver practice-oriented and theoretical teaching and examinations.
• Supervise students in practice, advise them, and mentor theses.
• Contribute to the organization and development of the nursing simulation lab.
• Plan and implement training for practice supervisors and internal/external partners.
• Develop teaching, learning, and assessment materials; support curriculum development.
• Assist in public outreach and institute administration.
• Participate in research projects and publications.

Profile
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Nursing Science, Nursing/Medical Education, Advanced Nursing Practice, Public Health, Health Sciences, Educational Sciences, or related fields.
• Completed professional nursing qualification.
• Preferably experience in nursing education or clinical nursing.
• Strong motivation to collaborate with students, practice partners, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and flexibility.
