The new graduate school VISTA-GRK ("Health Services Research in the Context of a Changing Environment and Aging Society") is recruiting 11 doctoral candidates who are eager to rethink and co-shape future healthcare for chronically ill patients. Research focuses on prevention, early and long-term care, and interprofessional collaboration – all in the context of climate change, environmental transitions, and demographic shifts.

Impact-oriented, interdisciplinary research with real-world stakeholders
Co-creation of practical health solutions
Focus on demographic and environmental challenges, especially in Saxony-Anhalt
Affiliation with one of nine leading institutions at the PZG – Profile Center for Health Sciences

Work at the intersection of disciplines such as:
Global Health, Epidemiology, Medical Sociology, Environmental Health, Health Services Research, General Practice, Nursing, Midwifery, Digital Health, Ethics, and more.

Dual supervision across PZG institutions
Interdisciplinary training (methods, theory, transfer)
