inav – Institute for Applied Health Research is hiring a (Senior) Health Economist or Health Services Researcher to join their expert team. The role focuses on leading and implementing evaluations, supporting market access and digital health projects, and publishing scientific results. inav works at the interface of science, healthcare innovation, and policy in Germany.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Design and lead health economic evaluations and health services research studies (e.g., Innovation Fund projects)
• Manage and guide interdisciplinary project teams
• Publish results in peer-reviewed journals
• Contribute to strategic consulting for clients in pharma, medtech, and healthcare

✅ Your Profile
• Master’s degree or higher in Health Economics, Social Sciences, or related field (PhD preferred)
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven track record in evaluations and research publications
• Strong writing, project management, and communication skills
• Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS)
• Fluent in German and English
• Motivated, structured, and customer-oriented
