The inav – Institute for Applied Health Research is hiring a Team Lead to oversee interdisciplinary projects focused on health economics, market access, and evaluation of innovative care models and digital health solutions in the German healthcare system. This is a strategic leadership role within a respected research and consulting institute.

🔧 Your Role
• Lead an interdisciplinary team (3–5 people)
• Design and manage health services research and economic evaluations
• Conduct analyses using routine healthcare data
• Advise pharma/medtech clients on market access and pricing strategy
• Support project acquisition and stakeholder engagement
• Produce policy reports and publish in academic journals

✅ Your Profile
• Degree in medicine, pharmacy, health economics, or a related field (PhD preferred)
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience including team leadership
• Strong knowledge of the German healthcare system and market access processes
• Experience in health services research, evaluation design, and publications
• Proficiency in statistical software (R, SPSS, SAS) desirable
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Strong communication, consulting, and organizational skills
• Confident, client-facing demeanor with a solution-oriented mindset
