š Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Develop and manage automated data pipelines and database structures for sickness absence data
ā¢ Maintain and enhance a self-service web application for data analysis
ā¢ Support internal and external data analysis requests
ā¢ Advise users on technical and content-related questions
ā¢ Contribute to the WIdO sick leave report and propose your own research ideas

ā¢ University degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or related fields
ā¢ Strong programming and database skills (experience with web-based tools a plus)
ā¢ Analytical and conceptual thinking, excellent communication skills
ā¢ Confident German skills (minimum C1)
