🧩 About the Role
The Global Fund is recruiting a Specialist in Market Shaping to lead strategic efforts to introduce and scale Lenacapavir (Len PrEP)—a promising long-acting HIV prevention medicine. This role will support the NextGen Market Shaping strategy, working closely with internal teams and global partners (e.g. WHO, PEPFAR, UNITAID) to coordinate rollout efforts, strengthen markets, and promote equitable access.

🕓 Contract: Full-time, fixed-term until April 2027

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate Lenacapavir PrEP rollout strategy, including prioritizing countries and designing exit strategies.
• Serve as focal point within the Supply Operations Strategy, Procedure & Innovation Team for all Len PrEP matters.
• Collaborate with global partners (WHO, USAID, CIFF, Gates Foundation) and stakeholders, including Lenacapavir manufacturers.
• Map and align country-level activities with partner organizations.
• Contribute to reports, workshops, and governance-level presentations.

👤 Your Profile
Required:
• Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Experience in strategic planning, health product innovation, and global market shaping.
• Familiarity with global public health, especially HIV prevention.
• Excellent English skills (French is a plus).
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable:
• 6+ years’ experience in the global health or non-profit sectors.
• Knowledge of HIV prevention technologies, particularly long-acting PrEP.
• Previous collaboration with global public health donors and organizations.
