The organization coordinates Trauma Network Berlin, a citywide initiative to improve access to trauma care for survivors of gender-based violence and their children. Central to this work is collaboration with the Survivor Council, which brings lived experience into policy and care design.

🧩 Position Summary
The organization seeks a Scientific Officer to support the development of integrated trauma-sensitive care models in Berlin. The role focuses on psychiatric and outpatient psychotherapy services.

📌 Key Responsibilities
• Support the development of integrated care models for trauma survivors
• Coordinate professional committees and working groups
• Conduct literature reviews and summarize key findings
• Analyze survey data from outpatient psychotherapists
• Moderate professional meetings and facilitate expert exchange

✅ Your Profile
• Academic degree (e.g., Psychology, Public Health, or similar)
• Work experience in healthcare, particularly in psychiatric or psychotherapeutic care
• Strong understanding of the psychological impact of gender-based violence
• Knowledge of Berlin's psychosocial support system
• Experience in cross-sectoral networking and scientific work
• Strong facilitation and independent work skills
