🧩 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct economic analyses of health and long-term care systems (GKV & SPV)
• Develop microsimulation models for evaluating health system reform proposals
• Lead and support scientific, often empirically-based projects
• Publish academic articles presenting key findings
• Contribute to policy reform monitoring and regulatory guidance
🎯 Profile Requirements:
• University degree in health economics, economics, social sciences, or related field
• Strong background in health/policy economics and health system structures
• Experience with empirical research, data analysis, and microsimulations
• Skilled in statistical software and handling large datasets
• Fluent in German (minimum C1 level)
• Motivated, analytical, and interested in advancing health system reform
