Gavi is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Security to lead the development and implementation of its information security and business continuity programmes.
🛡 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead security strategy, policy, and risk management
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Manage threat/vulnerability analysis and response
• Oversee secure infrastructure, application controls, and cloud security
• Supervise a team of 8+ consultants
• Lead awareness and training programmes
🧩 Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s (required), advanced degree preferred in InfoSec or related field
• Minimum 8 years IT experience (5 in InfoSec, 2 in leadership roles)
• Deep expertise in ISO27001, NIST, GDPR, cloud platforms (Azure, O365), and security frameworks
• Strong communication, analytical, and cross-cultural teamwork skills
• Fluent in English; French is an asset
