Novartis is hiring a Community Health Lead to co-design and implement an innovative Community Health model targeting underserved populations in Mexico, with a focus on non-communicable diseases (NCDs). The role is embedded within the Global Health team and collaborates closely with the Novartis Mexico Country Organization.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage end-to-end community health programs
• Co-develop access solutions (pricing, distribution, promotion) for underserved groups
• Establish and maintain partnerships with local stakeholders
• Track and evaluate program performance through M&E frameworks
• Communicate outcomes and success stories effectively

👤 Ideal Profile:
• 5+ years in pharma or global health
• Strong knowledge of Mexico’s healthcare landscape
• Experience with access programs, health systems strengthening, or policy work
• Expertise in NCDs/CVDs preferred
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English
