📢 Call for proposals: Impact study on Dutch funding for global health and SRHR | Dutch Global Health Alliance (DGHA) & SRHR Platform | May 18, 2025

📌 Position Sought:
Independent consultant to conduct an impact study assessing the effects of Dutch government funding on global health and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).

🎯 Main Tasks:
Develop an impact framework using participatory methods
Analyze quantitative data from Dutch-funded initiatives
Create case studies with emphasis on advocacy and indirect impacts
Engage stakeholders to incorporate diverse perspectives
Deliver a concise, visually engaging advocacy-oriented report
Prepare a summary presentation for a Dutch parliamentary roundtable in October

👤 Profile Requirements:
Proven experience in conducting impact studies in global health or SRHR
Strong skills in mixed-methods research (quantitative & qualitative)
Excellent writing and presentation skills, with an advocacy lens
Understanding of Dutch funding mechanisms and political context
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and synthesize complex data

🗓️ Timeline & Start Date:
Contract Start: May 2025
Inception Report: 30 June
Draft Report: 20 September
Final Report: 20 October
Roundtable Presentation: End of October

💰 Budget:
EUR 10,000–15,000, inclusive of all fees and expenses
