🔎 Transform Health is hiring an independent consultant to lead a situational and trends analysis on digital health and Universal Health Coverage (UHC) in low- and middle-income countries.

🧩 Role & Responsibilities:
The consultant will:

Design research methodology and scope
Conduct a literature review, 20–30 key informant interviews, and 10 focus groups
Apply SWOT and PESTLE frameworks
Liaise with a High-Level Advisory Group
Lead public consultation and finalise a comprehensive trends analysis report

👤 Profile Requirements:
At least 7 years’ experience in digital health, UHC, or health systems research in LMICs
Strong policy analysis and trend/foresight analysis skills
Experience with mixed-methods research (Delphi method, interviews, focus groups)
Excellent English writing and presentation skills; French or Spanish is a plus
Proven track record of strategic publications and multi-stakeholder engagement
