📝 Key Responsibilities:
Lead digital transformation and innovation projects in healthcare
Develop sustainable strategies, business models, and digital solutions
Manage process design, tech implementation (e.g., data, AI), and agile transformations
Act as project lead and contribute to thought leadership and client development

👤 Your Profile:
Completed university degree in health economics, public health, IT, or related fields
Several years of professional experience in consulting or healthcare/public sector roles with budget and team responsibility
Strong knowledge of German healthcare/public systems and digitalization
Confident communicator, experienced in leading teams and managing complex projects
High IT affinity, analytical skills, fluency in German and English, willingness to travel
Familiarity with agile methods (e.g., Scrum, PMI, PRINCE2) is a plus
