The Institute for Quality Assurance and Transparency in Healthcare (IQTIG) is seeking a Policy and Coordination Advisor to join its G-BA Coordination Unit starting June 1, 2025. This full-time position is fixed-term until May 31, 2029.

📝 Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support IQTIG’s collaboration with the Federal Joint Committee (G-BA)
Attend and contribute to G-BA committee and working group meetings
Monitor G-BA mandates, decisions, and legislative developments in quality assurance
Support internal project coordination and communication related to G-BA resolutions
Prepare documentation such as reports, meeting minutes, and presentations

👤 Your Profile:
University degree in Health Sciences, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field
Knowledge of German healthcare system and quality assurance
Experience with committee work (G-BA/self-governance context is a plus)
Excellent German language skills (spoken and written)
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, reliably, and under time pressure
