The Leibniz Institute for Prevention Research and Epidemiology – BIPS is hiring a Research Fellow (m/f/d) to coordinate the implementation of Project HOME, focused on improving psycho-social care for refugees in Bremen through the WHO’s PM+ (Problem Management Plus) intervention.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and evaluation of PM+
Support training of lay health providers
Conduct and analyze qualitative interviews & participatory methods
Collaborate with NGOs and community stakeholders
Develop a national strategy for sustainable mental health care
Produce scientific publications and policy briefs

🎓Your Profile
Postgraduate degree (PhD preferred) in mental health, public health, or related field
Experience with psychosocial care, implementation, and qualitative research
Proficiency in German and English
Willingness to relocate to Bremen
