The German Society for Epidemiology (DGEpi) invites researchers, practitioners, and students to its 20th Annual Conference under the theme “Changing the Face of Epidemiology.” This year’s programme addresses the evolving challenges and opportunities shaping the discipline, with a renewed focus on methodological exchange and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Keynote speakers Martin Lercher, Charles F. Manski, Sarah C. Hull, Lars Schaade, and Naomi Allen will share insights to spark discussion on how epidemiology can adapt and lead in a changing world.

For the first time, the conference will feature a highlight session showcasing the best submissions from all methodological and thematic areas, reflecting the breadth and quality of epidemiological research in Germany.

The official conference runs until Thursday afternoon, with NAKO expert group workshops taking place on Friday, 26 September.
