The focus will be on the role of Germany and the European Union within the emerging global health architecture. Any ideas or recommendations? That would be awesome! I’m really excited about our upcoming session on non-communicable diseases (NCDs) at Global Health Talk 2024! This is such an important opportunity for us to come together and explore how we can tackle some of the biggest challenges in global health. We’ll be discussing critical gaps in global strategies related to NCDs, ways to enhance collaboration across sectors, and how we can ensure everyone has access to prevention and treatment.

I am also the Co-Manager of Women’s Health at GLOHRA, and my background is in global health, women’s health advocacy, and community health initiatives. I have experience working with organizations such as GLOHRA, FAWCO, and various public health networks. I am very interested in European cooperation in global health governance—especially the role of Germany and the EU in shaping the emerging global health architecture from a civil society perspective.
