This workshop aims to strengthen the exchange and cooperation between international partners in the field of burden of disease and antimicrobial resistance (AMR). This half-day workshop will focus on the methodology and results of recent international and national Global Burden of Disease (GBD) analyses, as well as insights into more specific topics such as the burden of AMR and sepsis, and the economic impact of AMR.
Robert Koch Institute welcomes colleagues from the IHME, WHO, OECD, ECDC, the University of Oxford and many other national and international partners. This event is part of the partnership between RKI and WHO Hub for Pandemic and Epidemic Intelligence.

The Foreign Trade Day is aimed at managing directors and technical managers from the fields of international business development, export, and sourcing. Participation is free of charge for all manufacturing companies in the target sectors (medical technology, pharmaceuticals, and laboratory technology), all members of the participating associations, and public representatives. A participation fee of EUR 249.00 (plus VAT) will be charged for other guests. All details about the program, travel, and other partners can be found in the attached flyer.
