The Medical University Lausitz – Carl Thiem (MUL-CT) in Cottbus is seeking a Research Associate (m/f/d) for the Professorship of Healthcare Research with a focus on cardiovascular diseases.

📍 Location: Cottbus, Germany
⏳ Contract: Full-time (38.5h/week), initially fixed-term until 31.12.2028
🎓 Opportunity for PhD / scientific qualification

🔹 Main responsibilities:
• Coordinate cardiovascular healthcare research projects
• Support development of innovative healthcare and research structures
• Data collection, analysis & reporting
• Contribute to scientific publications
• Project management & administration
• Organise workshops and support funding applications
• Assist with ethics and data protection processes

🔹 Profile requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Sciences, Nursing Sciences, Healthcare Research, Statistics or related fields
• Initial experience in project coordination, ideally in scientific or clinical environments
• Strong German & English communication skills
• Good MS Office skills
• Structured, independent and team-oriented working style
