🧬 The Berlin Institute of Health (BIH) at Charité is looking for a Personal Advisor to support the Administrative Director in a strategic role at the intersection of science, administration, and higher education policy.
📍 Location: Berlin, Germany

Key responsibilities include:
• Strategic and conceptual support for the Administrative Director
• Preparing analyses, presentations, and decision-making materials
• Coordinating internal and external communication
• Organising meetings, events, and representative appointments
• Drafting reports for committees and funding bodies
• Managing projects and ad hoc requests independently
• Collaborating with partners from academia, politics, and public administration
👤 Profile requirements:
• Master’s degree or equivalent academic qualification
• Experience in research, science management, or the public sector
• Knowledge of the German and international higher education/research landscape
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Fluent German and English
• Confident MS Office skills
