🌍 Project Manager – Sustainability & Planetary Health | DBfK | Application Deadline: 31.05.2026
📢 The German Nurses Association (DBfK) is looking for a full-time Project Manager (m/f/d) to support the project “Vocational Education for Sustainable Development in Nursing & Health Professions (BBNE-PfleGe)” in collaboration with KLUG e.V. and BBG gGmbH.

đź—“ Start Date: 01.07.2026 (later start possible)
⏳ Contract: Fixed-term until 30.06.2028
đź•’ Working Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
🏠Mobile working & part-time options available upon agreement
🔍 Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and implement the BBNE-PfleGe project and its activities
• Manage collaboration between project partners and stakeholders
• Develop educational formats (online, blended learning & in-person training)
• Deliver training programmes for nursing and healthcare educators
• Support healthcare institutions in embedding sustainability and planetary health into educational structures
• Lead public relations activities, including website content, newsletters, publications & conferences
• Support planning and delivery of a professional congress
• Develop strategies for long-term continuation and use of project outcomes
• Build and maintain networks with relevant German-speaking stakeholders
🎓 Profile Requirements:
• Nursing qualification plus university degree, ideally related to education, sustainability and/or management
• Strong interest in sustainability and planetary health
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented with networking skills
• Identification with DBfK’s values and mission
• Willingness to travel for work
