The Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin is hiring for the **PrävPfleg** project, a nationwide initiative funded by the Innovation Fund of the G-BA, aiming to develop, implement, and evaluate a new care model to prevent dependency on long-term care.
🩺 key responsibilities
* Recruit study participants in cooperation with the regional Medical Service
* Conduct study visits at participants’ homes
* Perform standardized and validated assessments
* Manage study documentation and independently schedule appointments
* Participate in interprofessional project activities and communication
🎓 profile requirements
* Completed training as a nurse or therapeutic professional (e.g., physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy) **or** Bachelor in Nursing, Therapy, or Health Sciences
* Practical experience with older adults (e.g., home care, outpatient care)
* Knowledge of standardized questionnaires and assessment tools
* Experience in research studies is desirable
* Proficient in MS Office
* Organized, structured, self-motivated, and team-oriented
* Strong communication skills and empathy
* Willingness to travel regionally (~50 km radius) and work flexibly with mobile equipment
