Deloitte is seeking a (Senior) Manager in the Health Care / Statutory Health Insurance (GKV) consulting team to help drive the digital transformation of Germany’s public health insurance system. The role involves advising major health insurance organisations and shaping strategy, organisation and technology solutions within the German healthcare sector.

Tasks
• Advise senior decision-makers in statutory health insurance organisations on **digital transformation, data-driven processes and AI implementation**
• Lead consulting projects and coordinate interdisciplinary teams to deliver results
• Develop and maintain relationships with health insurance clients and sector partners
• Identify opportunities in the healthcare market and contribute to Deloitte’s service development
• Prepare proposals and support acquisition of new consulting projects
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching, feedback and training support

Profile requirements
• Completed university degree (preferably Master’s) in health economics, health management, health informatics, medicine, nursing science or related fields
• Several years of consulting experience in the **German statutory health insurance (GKV) environment**
• Strong knowledge of the **German healthcare system and/or social insurance law**
• Existing relationships with senior stakeholders in health insurers, associations or health IT providers are an advantage
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a structured working style
• Willingness to travel and **very good German and English skills**
