UNOPS is seeking a Project Management Support Officer to support the **RBM Partnership to End Malaria**, the largest global platform coordinating action against malaria with more than 500 partners worldwide. The position is based in Geneva and supports programme management, data analysis and operational coordination to help deliver global malaria initiatives.

Tasks
• Collect, manage and analyse project data to support monitoring and evidence-based decision-making
• Develop and maintain databases, dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
• Support project planning, budgeting and implementation in line with UNOPS procedures
• Prepare project documents such as Terms of Reference, agreements and procurement requests
• Coordinate workshops, meetings, missions and stakeholder consultations
• Liaise with procurement, finance and operational teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Track project milestones, outputs and risks and report to management
• Contribute to monitoring systems, evaluation processes and donor reporting
• Support knowledge sharing, research and training activities related to project management

Profile requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with **2 years of relevant experience**, or Master’s degree with **no prior experience required**
• Interest or experience in **project management, data analysis and programme implementation**
• Ability to analyse data and prepare reports and visualisations
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in international or development contexts is an asset
• Professional certification in project management is desirable
