What you’ll do
• Lead IQTIG’s Methodology division and project groups.
• Evolve methods for quality indicators/procedures (§§136ff SGB V) and create foundations for new procedures.
• Support consistent method application across projects; coordinate new methodological tools.
• Maintain and update IQTIG’s “Methodological Foundations” documentation; train staff.
• Present/publish results; moderate internal expert groups; support the Scientific Advisory Board.
• Represent IQTIG in G-BA committees and liaise with commissioners/partners.
Profile
• Degree in Health Sciences, Psychology, Medicine, Epidemiology or Social Sciences (PhD preferred).
• Deep expertise developing/applying quality indicators/assurance per §§136ff SGB V.
• Strong methodological track record in socio/health services research.
• Excellent knowledge of the German health system; outstanding communication.
• Experience in change management.
