• Develop and manage automated data pipelines and database structures for sickness absence data
• Maintain and enhance a self-service web application for data analysis
• Support internal and external data analysis requests
• Advise users on technical and content-related questions
• Contribute to the WIdO sick leave report and propose your own research ideas

👤 Your Profile:
• University degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or related fields
• Strong programming and database skills (experience with web-based tools a plus)
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, excellent communication skills
• Confident German skills (minimum C1)
