  • 📢 Student Assistant Positions (2x) in Public Mental Health Research – TU Dresden | Deadline: April 25, 2025

    The Institute and Polyclinic for Occupational and Social Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine Carl Gustav Carus, TU Dresden is seeking two student assistants (m/f/d) to support the Public Mental Health research area within the DREAM study (DResdner Study on Parenthood, Work, and Mental Health), starting June 1 or July 1, 2025.

    🕒 Max. 41.5 hours/month
    📍 Location: On-site in Dresden (limited remote work possible)
    💼 Contract duration:
    Position 1: June 1 – November 30, 2025
    Position 2: July 1 – December 31, 2025
    💰 Paid according to TU Dresden’s student assistant tariff

    📝 Tasks Include:
    - Participant management and communication (phone, email, post)
    - Preparing, coordinating, and sending survey materials and small gifts
    - Data entry and management (REDCap, SPSS syntax)
    - Literature research and supporting academic publications
    - Creating questionnaires, flyers, guides, and visual materials
    - Supporting stress tests, interviews, and project implementation phases
    - Opportunity to contribute to the development of a new Mental Lab Scale
    - Involvement in presentations and conferences

    👤 Your Profile:
    - Enrolled in psychology or a related field (Bachelor’s from 3rd semester or Master’s level)
    - Basic knowledge of psychological methods, diagnostics, and clinical psychology
    - Strong computer and English skills
    - Experience with SPSS and Endnote is an asset, but not required
    - Reliable, detail-oriented, communicative, and independent
