Frank Ategeka

Dear team, friends and colleagues, my name is Frank Ategeka and I am from Uganda. I am a co-founder and team leader of Rural Aid Foundation-a women and youth non profit organization working to promote health, digital and economic rights for vulnerable persons in Rural Uganda. I hold a masters degree in public Health (Global Health) from the University of Manchester, UK. I am also a digital rights expert exploring the intersection between health and digital rights and empowerment. I am also a monitoring and evaluation expert with over 10 years in M&E for health, education and community development programs. I am a grants expert as well.
