Dear all,
below is a call that could be of interest for you!
YOUTH SIDE PROGRAM
Dear students and global health enthusiasts,
For the fifth time, we are organizing the Youth Side Program as part of the World Health Summit – and you can take part!
What is the Youth Side Program?
The Youth Side Program is a youth engagement initiative held alongside the World Health Summit and organized by the German Medical Students’ Association (bvmd). It aims to bring together young people from different countries and disciplines who share an interest in global health, with the goal of strengthening their networks and engagement in the field.
The program includes a two-day advocacy training covering topics such as an introduction to global health, youth engagement, communication skills, and more, followed by participation in the World Health Summit (WHS). Through this, we aim to strengthen the diverse voices of young people and increase their visibility at the WHS, contributing to a more just and inclusive global health landscape.
