Join the two-part webinar “WHO Health Emergencies EPI-WIN: Operationalizing One Health – from IHR amendments to the Pandemic Agreement” taking place on 29–30 April 2026, 09:00–10:15 CEST (virtual) 💻🌍

Building on lessons from COVID-19, this session explores how health threats at the human–animal–environment interface require stronger, coordinated action across sectors. 🧬 The series will unpack how the International Health Regulations (IHR), their recent amendments, and the Pandemic Agreement reinforce global commitment to preparedness—through the practical application of the One Health approach.

Across two engaging sessions, participants will:

    • Understand how One Health is embedded within the IHR and the Pandemic Agreement

    • Explore why collaboration across human, animal, and environmental sectors is essential for preventing and managing health threats 🐾🌱

    • Learn about operational tools to strengthen preparedness capacities and address zoonotic diseases

    • Discover real-world country and regional experiences, along with key challenges and lessons learned 🤝

Day 1 focuses on frameworks, concepts, and tools, while Day 2 highlights practical implementation and experience sharing from the field.

Bringing together global experts and practitioners, this webinar offers valuable insights for anyone working on health security, policy, and multisectoral collaboration—bridging the gap from global commitments to on-the-ground action.
