The Gemeinnütziges Think-Tank-Netzwerk is seeking a Managing Director to help advance evidence-based development cooperation in Germany, Switzerland, and internationally. The network works to ensure that public development funds are directed towards interventions that improve the greatest number of lives.
🎯 About the role:
Lead and oversee a mission-driven organisation working to improve the effectiveness of development cooperation.
Support strategic priorities and organisational leadership across the network’s activities in Berlin and Bern.
Contribute to maximising the impact of public development funding.
👤 Location: Berlin, Germany, or Bern, Switzerland
🏢 Contract: Permanent, hybrid working arrangement
💰 Annual salary: €85,000–€105,000 in Germany or approximately CHF 115,000–130,000 in Switzerland. Higher salaries may be considered for exceptional candidates.
