Kooperation Global e.V. is seeking an Operations Specialist to take ownership of complex operational tasks, build efficient systems, streamline processes, and support effective day-to-day operations in the German context.

🔎 Key responsibilities:
Independently manage operational tasks and turn ambiguity into actionable solutions.
Identify inefficiencies, improve internal processes, and build effective systems.
Coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Support operational, financial, and compliance-related processes.

✅ Essential requirements:
2–3 years of relevant experience in German operations.
Native-level German and professional English proficiency.
Strong problem-solving, organisational, and independent working skills.
Ability to manage complexity and exercise sound judgement.

⭐ Desirable qualifications:
Experience in a think tank, NGO, foundation, or other mission-driven organisation.
Knowledge of non-profit finance, accounting, and German legal compliance.
Experience with grant reporting and philanthropy funders.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and OKR-based planning.
