👩‍⚕️🔬 Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin is looking for a Scientific Researcher (d/w/m) to join the Institute of Clinical Nursing Science and contribute to both teaching and nursing research.

📍 Location: Campus Charité Mitte, Berlin
🗓️ Start date: 1 January 2027
💼 Employment: Full-time, 38.5 hours/week
⏳ Contract: Fixed-term initially until 9 April 2027 as maternity-leave cover, with the option of a further fixed-term extension for subsequent parental leave

🔎 Main responsibilities
Plan and deliver nursing-related teaching within the Bachelor of Nursing programme. Contribute to curriculum development, implementation and related process management. Supervise and support students during theoretical and practical training. Develop, organise and conduct examinations. Participate in the application, planning, implementation and evaluation of research projects in nursing science.

🔬 Conduct your own academic development/research alongside teaching responsibilities.

🎓 Profile
Professional licence/qualification in health and paediatric nursing or health and nursing care. Completed university/Master’s degree in Nursing Science, Health Sciences, Public Health, Health Professions Education, or Medical/Nursing Education. Practical professional nursing experience. Experience in university teaching and student supervision is an advantage. Strong interest in, and ideally experience with, nursing research and evidence-based practice. Independent, reliable and flexible working style, with strong teamwork and communication skills. Excellent English language skills, written and spoken.
