🏥 The GKV-Spitzenverband, representing Germany’s statutory health and long-term care insurance funds, is looking for a Fachreferentin / Fachreferent (m/f/d) to support the “GKV-Bündnis für Gesundheit” in Berlin.

🩺 Key responsibilities:
• Coordination and further development of health promotion and prevention activities
• Support for the development, testing, and evaluation of inclusive and accessible health promotion concepts
• Planning and implementation of digital and in-person networking and exchange formats
• Further development of training and qualification programmes for stakeholders

👤 Ideal profile:
• University degree in health sciences, social sciences, or a related field
• Strong experience in health promotion and prevention
• Knowledge of the German social insurance system and project management experience
• Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Confident use of MS Office applications

📍 Location: Berlin, Germany (hybrid work possible up to 50%)
🕒 Contract: Part-time (23.79 hours/week, 61% position)
📅 Start date: 01.07.2026
📆 Contract duration: Fixed-term until 29.02.2028
