HTW Berlin is seeking a part-time (50%) Scientific Project Associate in Health Communication for the research project “BEM.Start” at Campus Wilhelminenhof 🎓. The position is paid under TVöD (E13) and is fixed-term until 31 March 2029 (subject to project funding).
The role focuses on developing and communicating digital tools for workplace reintegration management, with a strong emphasis on inclusion of employees with disabilities, particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises 💡.
Key tasks include conducting literature reviews, analysing communication trends and online discourse, carrying out stakeholder and needs assessments, designing evidence-based communication strategies, coordinating with project partners, and organising workshops and reports 📊🤝.
Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferably communication or social sciences), with strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods, public relations, and marketing. Excellent German and good English skills are required, along with structured, independent working and teamwork abilities. Experience in health communication or research management is an advantage.
