🌍 Amref Health Africa Deutschland**, the German office of Amref Health Africa – the largest African-led health and development NGO – is seeking a strategic and hands-on **Head of Fundraising** to lead and scale its growing fundraising programme in Germany.

🔎 The Role

* Develop and implement the German fundraising strategy (full budget responsibility)
* Lead and grow a small team (2–3 staff) with a focus on public fundraising
* Build and scale a new **major donor programme**
* Drive innovation, monitor performance, and strengthen fundraising structures
* Collaborate closely with leadership in Germany and global teams in Europe, North America, and Africa

👤 Your Profile

* At least 8 years’ experience in NGO fundraising in German-speaking countries (ideally health, social impact, or development)
* Proven success in major donor acquisition and development
* Experience building new fundraising structures or programmes
* Strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial mindset
* Fluency in German and English
* Willingness to travel occasionally (Germany & internationally)
* Experience with CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
