Techniker Krankenkasse (TK) is seeking a Policy Officer for Scientific Projects in Health Policy to join its Policy Team in Berlin, representing TK at the federal government level and contributing evidence-based insights to health and social policy debates.
đ§ Key responsibilities
⢠Monitor, analyse, and interpret scientific and health policy trends and developments
⢠Design and implement strategic scientific projects in the health sector
⢠Build, coordinate, and expand scientific networks
⢠Author and oversee scientific publications
⢠Maintain stakeholder networks with key decision-makers from academia and the health system
⢠Represent TK in associations, institutions, and scientific settings
⢠Coordinate scientific topics and activities across departments
đ¤ Profile required
⢠Degree in political science, social sciences, health sciences, or a comparable qualification
⢠Strong experience in scientific project management
⢠Solid knowledge of the German health system
⢠Experience in political and/or scientific networking
⢠Excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
⢠Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style

⢠Permanent, full-time position (35.5-hour workweek)
⢠Location: Berlin (Policy Team â Berlin Office)
