π’ Position: Project Coordinator for Youth Prevention (Youthwork)

β³ Hours: Full-time
Tasks:
1. Organize and lead prevention workshops and events for young people.
2. Develop new event formats and innovative ideas.
3. Build and maintain networks with organizations and political education bodies in Berlin.
4. Supervise and coordinate the volunteer Youthwork team, including onboarding and team development.
5. Manage project funding, reporting, and grant applications.
6. Organize training for multipliers (volunteers, teachers, etc.).
7. Maintain external communication, including social media.
8. Support HIV/STI testing once a month.
Profile Requirements:
1. Degree in health, social sciences, humanities, culture, or political science.
2. Strong organizational and project management skills.
3. Excellent communication and networking abilities.
4. Experience in workshop organization, youth/adult education, or prevention work.
5. Experience working with and managing volunteers.
6. Interest in team development and conflict resolution.
7. Fluent in German; additional languages (Arabic, Turkish, Russian, French, Ukrainian, or German Sign Language) are a plus.
