📢 Position: Consultant (m/f/d) for Counseling, Health Promotion, and Hospital Services
📍 Employer: Berliner Aids-Hilfe e.V.
⏳ Hours: 19.5 hours per week

Tasks:
1. Provide social law counseling (e.g., employment law, healthcare, social security, and housing benefits).
2. Conduct hospital consultations and collaborate interdisciplinarily under the Schöneberger Model.
3. Support health promotion initiatives and self-help programs.
4. Offer psychosocial counseling for people living with HIV.
5. Provide advice on infection progression, treatment options, and STI testing.
6. Represent the interests of clients.

Profile Requirements:
1. Degree in social sciences, health sciences, education, or equivalent experience.
2. Strong knowledge of German social law (SGB).
3. Experience with HIV/AIDS, hepatitis, and STIs.
4. Team-oriented yet able to work independently.
5. Strong networking skills.
6. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
7. Open and accepting attitude towards diverse life concepts and substance use.
8. Cultural sensitivity and awareness of discrimination issues (LSBT*IQ+ and BIPOC inclusion).
