The World Health Summit (WHS) is looking for a Strategic Engagement Manager to develop and coordinate year-round activities and events worldwide that serve the World Health Summit’s overall strategy and help catalyze meaningful initiatives and effective solutions for imminent global health questions and challenges. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team passionate about advancing global health and further professionalizing these activities in close coordination with the WHS leadership as well as the World Health Summit’s international partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mid- to long-term planning of annual WHS activities and events
- Developing event strategies, concepts, and plans
- Coordinating and communicating with partners on formats such as Global Health Dialogues, Side Meetings, and VIP Events
- Supporting the organization of WHS Regional Meetings (together with the local organizing teams)
- Identifying, selecting, and approaching potential speakers and other participants for events
- Coordinating venue and logistics for events (together with the central organizing team)
- Managing events on-site
- Post-event evaluation and reporting
