I write to you not only as a member of this powerful network, but as a witness to a growing humanitarian and ecological crisis — the Hydro-Sanitary Collapse of the Machángara–Esmeraldas River system. This situation is now directly threatening the health, food security, and dignity of downstream communities.

We are asking for your support — your signature, your voice, your reach — to help bring international attention and urgent cooperation to this case.

Your commitment to cross-sectoral health, environmental justice, and planetary well-being is exactly the strength we need now. I thank you for being part of a movement that crosses borders and bureaucracies, standing for life wherever it is endangered.
