The conference will explore how changing dietary patterns and food systems are reshaping the interconnected health of humans, animals and the environment 🌍. Experts from science, public health and veterinary medicine will discuss emerging risks, systemic interactions and innovative approaches within the One Health framework. The event is supported by the One Health Plattform. 🎓 Continuing education credits are available for veterinary and human medical professionals.
