(Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin): Social Prescribing for Individuals with Non-Medical Health-Related Social Needs in Primary Care: A MultiCenter Randomized Controlled Pragmatic Feasibility Trial. • Prof. Susan Smith (Trinity College Dublin): Primary Care-Based Link Workers Providing Social Prescribing for People with Multimorbidity in Socially Deprived Areas: The LinkMM Trial. • Prof. Ingeborg Nilsson (Umeå University): Social Prescribing Targeting Loneliness Among Older Adults Using a Model for Integrated Care: The SPiS Trial.
