One Health 2026: One Health and Nutrition in Transition – Interactions and New Challenges for the Health of Humans, Animals and the Environment

On 17 March 2026, the Niedersächsisches Landesamt für Verbraucherschutz und Lebensmittelsicherheit, Niedersächsisches Landesgesundheitsamt, Stiftung Tierärztliche Hochschule Hannover and Verbund Transformationsforschung agrar Niedersachsen (trafo:agrar) will host the 7th One Health Conference at the Stiftung Tierärztliche Hochschule Hannover.

The conference will explore how changing dietary patterns and food systems are reshaping the interconnected health of humans, animals and the environment 🌍. Experts from science, public health and veterinary medicine will discuss emerging risks, systemic interactions and innovative approaches within the One Health framework.

The event is supported by the One Health Plattform.
